Our tour representative meets you at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB)/Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) and transfers you to the hotel in Gangtok. Gangtok is the capital city of Sikkim and is known to be the centre of Tibetan Buddhist culture. The city is a famous tourist destination in the country as it offers splendid views of the snow-capped mountains and other exciting experiences. The city also houses varieties of Rhododendron, Orchids and butterflies. After checking-in to the hotel, the guests are free to roam around the famous MG Marg and the local shopping centres.

Gangtok Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, the tourists gear up for an entire day of sightseeing in the beautiful town of Gangtok. The tourist attractions that will be covered include Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Enchey Monastery, White Hall, Flower Show, Rumtek Monastery, Botanical Garden Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Tashi View Point, and Banjhakri Falls. In the evening, the guests are free to roam around in MG Road and get on a shopping spree at the local shops. Gangtok has a few discotheques as well where you can have an enjoyable time.

Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (Full Day)
After breakfast, the tourists go on an excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. The Kyongnosla Alpine Sanctuary, the home of red pandas and Rhododendrons, is situated on the way. Also known as Changu Lake, the Tsomgo Lake is a glacial lake in East Sikkim, situated at an elevation of 12,313 ft. During the winter season, the lake remains frozen adding onto its beauty. The lake is also highly revered by the Buddhist monks. The Baba Mandir and Nathu La pass are situated close by. In the evening, the tourists are free to explore the shops at MR Road. Send Enquiry
