Terms & Conditions

Minimum Number

All rates quoted are based on minimum 02 pax traveling together.


Please note that, the quoted rates are subject to change with or without notice. Should the rates change by the suppliers of services i.e. hoteliers / transporters, A.T. Seasons & Vacations Travel Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right in their sole discretion to alter its rates or any quotation at any time with or without prior notice. Please also note that normal check-in & check-out time in India is 1200 hrs. Early Check-in and Late check-out is subject to request only.

  1. In these conditions “The Company” means A.T. Seasons & Vacations Travel Pvt. Ltd., and “the client” means the person or persons in whose name and / or on whose behalf the booking is made. There is no contact between the company and the client until the company has received the payment of the initial deposit.
  2. The company act on behalf of the suppliers of services such as Airlines, hoteliers, transporters. And should there be any deficiency in their part; the company cannot be held responsible as we are only amalgamating the services. Our liability is limited to the tour price charged from the customers for each service.
  3. No refund will be provided for any unutilized sector services.
  4. In the event of A.T. Seasons & Vacations Travel Pvt. being unable to conduct a package due to any unforeseen circumstances the client will not be entitled to make any grievance thereafter. However, in that case company will make the refund as per the policy.

50% payment required at the time of confirmation and Full payment will be required for all the services 30 days prior to the arrival. Payment can be directly transfer to our Bank account under advise to us as per below instructions.

Cancellation must be made in writing to A.T. Seasons & Vacations Travel Pvt. A.T.Seasons & Vacations Travel Pvt. does not levy cancellation charges. However, Our Handling Agents, hotels, carriers, restaurants, contractors, etc. do charge cancellation fees depending on the circumstances and the same will be charged as per below basis.

Period of Cancellation charges

  • Prior to 60 days No Cancellation
  • Prior to 45 days 25% of Total Package cost
  • Prior to 30 days 50% of Total Package Cost
  • Less than 30 days or No Show Full Package Cost

A.T.Seasons & Vacations Travel Pvt. will endeavour to provide the highest available standard of service.

Coverage & Acceptance

All quotation prepared by A.T.Seasons & Vacations Travel Pvt. is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated. We reserve the right to amend or alter any of the conditions herein from time to time.
